Tuesday May 14 (day before wedding)

All guests are invited to join us for an italian pizza dinner at Napoleone on Tues May 14th at 7:30pm.

Wednesday May 15 (wedding day!)

• 3:20pm :: Shuttle pickup from Hotel Villa Fiesole.
  • We have arranged two shuttles to carry guests to the venue. Both 7-person shuttles will arrive at the same time to pick you up and leave from Hotel Fiesole. The vans will leave by 3:30pm so guests should be in the hotel lobby by 3:20pm at the latest to board. We anticipate you'll need ten of the fourteen seats. (Alternatively, you can always take a taxi for whatever reason.)
• 4:30pm :: Wedding ceremony
• 5:30pm :: Cocktail reception
• 7:00pm :: Dinner
• 9:30pm :: Cake cutting
• 10:00pm :: Music & dancing
• 1:00am :: Goodnight wishes & taxis back to your hotel. There will be taxi steward onsite starting at 11:30pm to assist you with calling a taxi. Taxis can take 10-20 mins to arrive.

Thursday May 16 (day after wedding)

All guests are invited to join us for a lunch BBQ at Villa Le Fontanelle (same venue as wedding) on Thurs May 16th at noon.
